RSPCA will reject unwanted pets to cut costs
Perhaps if the RSPCA spent less on their plush offices in London and paying huge wages to 'fat cat' management and spent less on 'administration' then they would be able to avoid rejecting animals to cut costs.....after all their primary purpose should be for the animals....
This is why I dislike charities, they are accountable to virtually nobody and can do almost as they wish.
