Great new book: proceeds to English Setter Rescue
'Memories of a Moon Map, the extraordinary adventures of a pack of English Setters' by Nina Green promises to be a book unlike any other that you have read. Nina usually writes detective novels based in and around the Lake District, but the great loves of her life are her own 'pack' of English Setters and with this in mind has written a story told from the dogs point of view. In this tale they are guided by the spirit of 'Grey Pelt'; the last wolf of lakeland.
Nina has a great narrative style and the book promises to be exciting to read and a lot of fun, as a bonus the sale proceeds go to Setter Rescue
For more details go the the English Setter Association web pagehttp://www.englishsetterassociation.co.uk/nina.html
My copy is on its way! Nina wanted to raise awareness of influence that modern dogs ancestors still have and found inspiration in some of the wolves of Shaun Ellis.
